She usually sleeps for anywhere from 2 to 3 hours during the night, then she sleeps for one and a half to 2 hours, then usually another one and a half to 2 and a half and wakes up for her daytime routine around 7 or 8. I don't want her to get mixed up.

I read somewhere that if you let a newborn sleep for long periods during the day she may get her nights and days mixed up.
