I was also thinking of taking him to a child behavior psychologist, but not sure if that will be the right thing to do as such an early age.

All this does not happen when he is with his mother, since he is there on weekends he feels his mother does not send him to school, lets him play on mobile for hours on, is fairly lenient towards his bad behaviors....and he want to live with her.
