I spend at least two hours daily for cleaning, cooking , shopping and I spend my own money when I shop for him.

He is 93 years old, he is legally blind, he is in need of everything I am the daughter in law.

Dad is in failing health and and my husband and I are helping him daily with his meals, shopping, cooking, cleaning, bathing, etc. last three years.

Brother's wife literally demanded all his money a month ago because she helped Mom while she was bedridden-she came two three times a week to their home to help her out for one year.

On the updated will it says it is three ways: two brothers and older brother's wife.
