Sherri:
I don't know what the hell to do about my dad. He was progressing so well in his diabetes management, and now he is regressing again. Ideas?

Sherri:

Sherri:
So I've started allowing him foods that I normally would not have, as we move from basic carb avoidance to maximizing the benefit you get from whatever carbs you consume.

Sherri:
Recently, I've noticed that he has been paying very close attention to what I tell him about calculating nutrition charts.

Sherri:
In addition to helping my dad run his rental properties, I have taken on the role of his diabetic nutritionist.
