Therapeutic disclosure requirements undoubtedly affect corporate behavior

My aunt resents her daughter for not praising her (the Mom) for being a good mother. Is my cousin wrong here or does the aunt have a problem?

Her only sibling, the other daughter, praises the mother over the top and is returned with praise by the mother.

At ages 16, 13, 10, etc.. She was a normal kid and did not praise her mother at all.

Now that my cousin is 22 she should praise her mother a little more but she is bitter her mother resents her.

The daughter is normal (sometimes unmotivated). Is a kid a bad kid if they don't praise the parent?
