Her snot is green and sometimes runny and I still hear a rattle.

It's been on going practically since she was a newborn and every time I mention it her pediatrician claims it's normal and it's just fine.

Because she's 3 months she isn't aloud medicine until she's 6 months.

I've took her to her pediatrician over this and she seems to think she's fine and gave me saline drops for her nose.
